Transition on Survivor Fundraising Campaign
Our vision for this fundraising campaign will have the following life-changing impacts:
• Decrease the number of survivors forced to return home to their abusers.
• Decrease homelessness of survivors transitioning out of the shelter.
• Increase transitional resources for DV shelters.
• Increase space in shelters.
